Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. This policy outlines when and how you may return a product purchased from SYNTHOTECH MARKETPLACE SDN. BHD..

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the product is:

  • Unused, in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • In its original packaging including manuals, accessories and free gifts.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

    • 2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or made-to-order items.
  • Digital downloads, software licence keys (ESD) once delivered, or gift cards.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

    • 3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email synthotechmarketplace@gmail.com with your order number, photos and reason for return.
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Pack the item securely with the RA number visible and ship to the address we provide.

    • 4. Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item (within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Online Banking / Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 7–14 business days (depending on issuing bank)
  • E-Wallet: 1–5 business days

    • 5. Defective or Wrong Items

    If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping cost) at no charge to you.

    6. Return Shipping Cost

  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind): Customer bears the return shipping cost.
  • Our error (wrong, defective or damaged item): We bear the cost.

    • 7. Cancellations

    You may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once shipped, the return process above applies.

    8. Statutory Rights

    Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or the Sale of Goods Act 1957.
