These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999, Sale of Goods Act 1957, and Contracts Act 1950. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in MYR and represent the final amount payable — no additional fees are added at checkout other than shipping (where applicable).

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions.

Stock availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel orders due to suspected fraud, payment failure, or stock issues.

5. Payment

We accept payments via online banking, credit/debit cards, and approved e-wallets, processed through our licensed payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times and fees are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

7. Returns & Refunds

Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 are not affected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to SYNTHOTECH MARKETPLACE SDN. BHD. and protected by Malaysian copyright and trademark laws.

9. Prohibited Use

Using the website for unlawful purposes or to violate any Malaysian law.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Reselling our products without written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
